Office of the State Traffic Administration

The Office of the State Traffic Administration (OSTA) promulgates regulations establishing a uniform system of traffic control signals, devices, signs, and markings for public highways/roadways. The OSTA also adopts additional regulations in cooperation and agreement with local traffic authorities governing the use of state owned and maintained highways/roadways. Direct links to OSTA Regulations may be found here: Interactive & Printer Friendly (rev. 2018-1-3)

OSTA has adopted the relevant portions of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (also known as the M.U.T.C.D.), latest edition as part of its regulations establishing a uniform system of traffic control signs, devices, signals, and markings.
