The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that Joint and Crack Sealing will be performed on Route 9 northbound and southbound in Middletown from the access ramp from Route 154 to the access ramp from Route 17 including the adjacent ramps.
The project consists of the filling of Joints and Cracks on Route 9 in Middletown. This work will be performed beginning on Monday, May 18, through Friday, May 22, 2020.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns, truck mounted attenuator unit will be utilized to guide traffic through the work zone. Motorists can expect alternating lane closures. The regular work schedule for Joint and Crack Sealing is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday- Friday).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
