As a reminder, it is very important for both the tenant and landlord to completely submit their applications so the case can be reviewed by our case review team and processed. 

To check the status of your case, you can log into the portal by clicking on this link and check the case details.  You can email the Case Manager listed on the “Case” tab if you feel that you have completed all sections and it’s been longer than seven days.  In addition, if you need further assistance there are UniteCT Resource Centers throughout the state available to provide more support.  You can find the information about the Resource Centers by visiting the list on the homepage of the UniteCT website.
