Statewide-Including Sentence Calculation and Interstate Management at the MacDougall Walker Institution (Walker Building) in Suffield or another location(s) may be approved on a case by case basis.
Monday - Friday (40 hours work week)
|Salary:||CL-19 ($52,364 - $67,762)|

|Minimum Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skill and Ability:||Considerable knowledge of large volume records management methods and techniques; considerable knowledge of statutes, legal decisions and opinions related to sentence time calculations; considerable interpersonal skills; considerable oral and written communication skills, ability to organize data for entry into database systems.|
|General Experience:||Five (5) years' clerical work experience.|
|Special Experience:||One (1) year of the General Experience must have been as a Correctional Identification and Records Specialist 1.|
|Substitutions Allowed:||College training may be substituted for the General Experience on the basis of fifteen (15) semester hours equaling one-half (1/2) year of experience to a maximum of four (4) years for a Bachelor's degree.|
Incumbents in this class are required to possess a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certification by the time of permanent appointment.
