CLIENT RIGHTS OFFICERS

DMHAS-operated and DMHAS-funded direct service providers have Client Rights Officers (CRO) who address grievances by using the DMHAS Client Grievance Procedure.

For an alphabetical list of providers and their Client Rights Officers, go to:

If you cannot find the agency on the DMHAS CRO list, ask them what their complaint procedure is.

If you need help speak to an advocacy organization or seek legal advice.
