CLIENT RIGHTS OFFICERS
DMHAS-operated and DMHAS-funded direct service providers have Client Rights Officers (CRO) who address grievances by using the DMHAS Client Grievance Procedure.

If you cannot find the agency on the DMHAS CRO list, ask them what their complaint procedure is.
- Complaints about ‘Certified Sober Houses’ are addressed by the Sober House’s certifying organization. For information on Sober House certifying organizations go to:
