New Employee Safety Orientation

All newly employed DMHAS staff are required to participate in a centralized DMHAS New Employee Orientation Program, where, as part of the orientation, safety training is conducted in the following courses:

  • Hazard Communication (HAZCOM)
  • Commissioner's AIDS Policy No.5
  • Fire Safety and Commissioner's Volunteer Firefighter Policy
  • Ergonomics Awareness
