 9-1-1 Call Performance Reports With the completion of the installation of the Next-Generation 9-1-1 system and the West Corporation customer-premises equipment in November of 2017, DSET is now able to generate the quarterly statistics for all PSAPs without requiring the submission of data by each individual PSAP.
