FFY 2023 NSGP-S - NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
The FFY 2023 Federal Nonprofit Security Grant Program is currently accepting applications. The deadline to apply for this program is Friday, April 28, 2023.
Completed applications must include the following:
- FFY 2023 NSGP-S Investment Justification (to access the Investment Justification, please download and save the document then open it in a PDF reader)
- Risk Assessment
- Mission Statement
- Online Self Assessment Survey
Please submit the Investment Justification, Risk Assessment, and Mission Statement to DEMHS.NSGP@ct.gov. The Online Self Assessment Survey will automatically be submitted once completed.

NSGP-S FORMS AND REPORTING DOCUMENTS
- Environmental and Historic Preservation Form - required to be submitted by ALL awarded sub-applicants. Approval must be received before projects can start.
- Procurement Standards
- Conflict of Interest Form
- Quarterly Progress Report - must be submitted within 30 days of the close of the quarter (March 31; June 30; September 30; December 31)
- Quarterly Financial Report - must be submitted within 30 days of the close of the quarter (March 31; June 30; September 30; December 31)
- Reimbursement Request Form - must be submitted with copies of associated invoices and proofs of payments
- Equipment / Property Inventory Report - must be submitted with the final reimbursement request
All forms and documents should be submitted to demhs.nsgp@ct.gov. Please include your organization's official name, grant program, and award year and number on all correspondence.
