For projects that are particularly time-sensitive, complex or require multiple permits, we may be able to offer you our Client Concierge Service to provide an added level of assistance.
Camille Fontanella

Camille is a geologist who has worked at DEEP for 18 years, in addition to 7 years in environmental consulting. She brings her strong scientific background to coordinating and building environmental programs, problem solving and bringing people together to protect human health and the environment.
Bea Milne

Bea is a professional engineer who has worked with DEEP for over 30 years, in addition to 5 years in environmental consulting. She enjoys working for DEEP’s mission to protect our environment and promote reliable energy and is dedicated to public service.
Emily Tully
Client Concierge Team Member
Emily Tully is an environmental analyst with more than 15 years of experience as an environmental consultant, planner, and regulator. Emily’s background includes municipal climate change adaptation and mitigation program assistance; regulation of stormwater, residential wastewater, and potable water systems; contaminated site investigation; and federal, state, and local environmental and land use permitting. Her experience on multiple sides of the stakeholder table allows her to help people and businesses work together to conserve, improve, and protect the natural resources and environment of Connecticut.
