• Former Police Station - New Britain

  This is a $2,717,000 brownfields grant to the City of New Britain to fund the abatement and demolition of the former Police Station building located at 125 Columbus Boulevard.

  Access engineering and construction support services for programs administered by the Office of Capital Projects and other DECD offices.

• Two Roads Brewery - Stratford

  The remediated property provides nearly 100,000 square feet of space within 4 buildings that are now used for brewing and tasting room operations, as well as storage and administrative office space.

• Harbor Point - Stamford

  This is a $2,717,000 brownfields grant to the City of New Britain to fund the abatement and demolition of the former Police Station building located at 125 Columbus Boulevard

  State loans funds have been utilized in the remediation of the Capewell Lofts located in the former Capewell Horsenail Factory site located at 70 Popieluszko Court, Hartford.
