Connecticut is committed to fostering the growth of its burgeoning advanced manufacturing and bioscience sectors. As part of that commitment, the state exempts certain investments in the latest equipment and machinery from Connecticut property tax for five years.  

Eligibility

This five-year, 100% property tax exemption is available for eligible machinery and equipment acquired and installed in a manufacturing or biotechnology facility.
