EMPOWER Grant Program

The EMPOWER Grant program supports small and medium-sized arts organizations representing the beautiful and diverse cultural expressions of all Connecticut state residents. The Connecticut Office of the Arts will provide self-determined capacity building support to help grow organizations that have yet to receive meaningful levels of support through this three-year, cohort program.
