Real Estate Online Application Instructions
Individual broker and salesperson applicants who have an active license issued by examination in a reciprocal or non-reciprocal state may apply online.
Please be sure you have read all the requirements provided on the previous webpage.
Required Documentation:

ALL applicants should be prepared to provide the following information and documentation:

Personal information (name, date of birth, US social security number and contact information);

Upload license history/verifications generated by the licensing authority in each state you currently hold or have ever held a real estate license;

If applicable, provide information regarding professional disciplinary action(s),

If applicable, upload a completed Criminal Conviction Application Worksheet and relevant documents regarding any felony convictions or of a conviction related to forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money under false pretenses, extortion, criminal conspiracy to defraud or any like offense;

Salespersons applying by reciprocity from the following states: Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island must complete and upload the Salesperson Supervising Broker Form.

To access the online application, click “ Initial Application ” under Activities. Please note, the name under which you register will be the name that appears on your license.
