CHANGE OF SPONSORING BROKER/SALESPERSON TRANSFER:
To report a change of sponsorship, the licensed salesperson and the sponsoring broker must complete the attached Real Estate Salesperson Transfer Form and mail it directly to this office before a salesperson can represent a new broker.
SALESPERSON TERMINATION:
A sponsoring broker must provide notification to this office anytime a salesperson is no longer under their sponsor. The Department has added an online service that will help brokers manage real estate salespeople under their sponsorship. The function is called “Supervision Authorization” and it is available now on the sponsoring broker's online account.

Sponsoring brokers may access this service online at: www.elicense.ct.gov.  The sponsoring broker must be logged into the appropriate account with their User Id and Password.  The sponsoring broker may request their User Id and Password by emailing the following information to dcp.online@ct.gov:
  1. Name
  2. License number used to provide sponsorship
  3. Email address
