Prescribers with a Waiver from Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances
Below is a list of all prescribers that have a waiver from Electronically Prescribing of Controlled Substances due to a lack of technological capacity (not a temporary technological failure). The list is updated every 24 hours. You can obtain information from the list two ways:
