The Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and program sponsor, the Connecticut Association for Food Protection (CAFP), invite you to this seminar designed for food manufacturers, growers, food industry representatives, distributors, retailers, State public health and agriculture employees and officials, and members of the University of Connecticut extension program.
