What are the rules around using state parks, campgrounds, golf courses, and other outdoor recreation areas?

What are the current rules around outdoor recreation areas? 

Connecticut State Parks, Forests, Boat Launches and Campgrounds are fully operational with traditional seasonal openings and closings for 2022. Park and Forest grounds are open 365 days per year, 8 a.m. until sunset. Campground and picnic shelter reservations can be made through Reserve America.
