NOTICE: As we all take precautions during the COVID-19 outbreak, the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) is taking steps to minimize human-to-human contact. As a result, all regularly scheduled instructor-led training classes in Hartford and East Hartford are postponed indefinitely. CJIS staff is in the process of developing remote instructor-led training using Zoom meeting technology. Once this training model is complete, CJIS will post information to this website and notify those who have signed up for training sessions. For those law enforcement agencies that have training sessions scheduled with CJIS, staff will work with those interested in training new users. CJIS will discuss technical capabilities of departments and agencies to determine if remote training can be done. Individual remote training sessions will be considered.
