- Keep you in touch with your insurer
- Work with state and federal emergency personnel to quickly get insurers to damaged areas
- Expedite the claims process to help you recover your losses, rebuild your life and livelihood

How to reduce risks to your property in winter
Before the storm:
- Know what your policies cover

After the Storm:
- Contact your insurer as soon as possible
- Take photos of the damage
- DO NOT make permanent repairs until your insurer has inspected the property
- Keep a diary of all contact, conversations with your insurer
