- Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) renewal notifications were emailed to all active licensees the last week in July, 2017. If you did not receive your renewal notification, please email the Department at email@example.com, to request a copy.
- You will want to verify and/or update your information by using our Online Change in License Information link.
- Once you have completed all questions, sign and date the renewal application, submit the completed application and fee.
- Check or Money Order (No cash or credit card payments are accepted.)
- Make payable to: “Treasurer, State of Connecticut”
- Fee: $250.00
- Be sure to write your name and license number on the check.
- An electronic process via NIPR or CT Insurance Department website is NOT available at this time.
Note: The Department does not issue hard copies of licenses.
