ICS Forms Resource

Below is a link to the electronic Field Operations Guide National Fire Academy/U.S. Fire Administration staff recently developed.  It's is called an Electronic Performance Support System (EPSS) and it may be used on a laptop, tablet, or your smart phone through your web browser.  They are working on an IOS and Android "APP"; the app will make it simpler to connect. This link is currently being hosted by LSU’s Fire & Emergency Training Institute.

All the ICS forms are included - they are “fillable forms.” They can be filled in and then saved / printed / emailed using that software (when you open one of the forms, look along the top).
