At the October 28th meeting of the Commission on Fire Prevention and Control (CFPC) Alyce DeAngelo, Director of the Good Works Committee of the Connecticut Chapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters presented a $1,000 donation to Chairman Peter Carozza.  The donation will be used to purchase a portable incident command board for use in live fire training at the Connecticut Fire Academy.  This is the fourth donation the Connecticut Chapter CPCU Society has made to the Commission. In presenting the check Ms. DeAngelo stated “Touching the lives of children and families in need is a cornerstone of our Good Works efforts.”  “We appreciate all the work you do to better prepare those men and women who put their lives on the line for us on a daily basis in order to protect our communities."
