Commission Receives Donation to
Support Training Program
 

 

 
 

At the November 30th meeting of the Commission on Fire Prevention and Control (CFPC) Alyce DeAngelo, Director of the Good Works Committee of the Connecticut Chapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters presented a $1,013.75 donation to Chairman Peter Carozza.  The donation will be used to purchase a confined space ventilation fan and a large coil of 1 1/2" rope used in physical training at the Connecticut Fire Academy.  In presenting the check Ms. DeAngelo stated  “We appreciate all the work you do to better prepare those men and women who put their lives on the line for us on a daily basis in order to protect our communities."
