The State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) in cooperation with the Department of Environmental Protection and Commission on Fire Prevention and Control have scheduled the 2009 SERC Conference April 28 & 29, 2009 at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT.  This year’s conference will be two days and include speakers and displays on the latest Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know topics. 

This is a no cost program funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation, Hazardous Material Emergency Planning and Training 0809 Grant.  Please post the conference flyer within your fire stations.
