USFA Administrator to discuss emergency preparadness

USFA ADMINISTRATOR TO DISCUSS EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND SAFETY ON THE HISTORY CHANNEL

WASHINGTON, D.C. - United States Fire Administrator R. David Paulison will appear on the History Channel this coming Sunday, March 2. In his interview, Chief Paulison will discuss emergency preparation and steps Americans can take to enhance their homeland safety. Topics include safety suggestions for citizens at home, in their cars and in the workplace. An Administrator from the American Red Cross also will appear to conduct an in home safety walk through. Public Information Officers are encouraged to share within their communities this opportunity to hear and see Chief Paulison's appearance to learn the important steps citizens can take to be better prepared for hazards of all kinds.

The program is scheduled to air from 10:30 to 11:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the History Channel. Check the local listings for the program schedule in your area.
