    a. New: Amos Pond weed treatment, Trumbull sinkhole, conditions at Quinebaug State Park, herbicide complaint, and miscellaneous inquiries.
    b. Update: Alleged filling of tidal wetlands in Stratford

  6. Executive Director Report  
    Staff activities: aids for submitters to the Environmental Monitor, review of air permit, Annual Report research for 2021, locating solar energy facilities on State lands and comments submitted for Sustainable, Transparent and Efficient Practices (STEP).

  7. State Agency & Legislative Actions
    a. Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP): 
    General Permit for release of swimming pool water, CCSMM meeting, stakeholder group for bottle bill implementation, STEP and Shared Clean Energy Facilities (SCEF) Programs, and Bantam Lake Study.
    b. Siting Council: comments recommended: Docket No. 505; no comments recommended for Petition No. 1458 and Petition No, 1459
    c. Update on work of the Water Planning Council
