Gladstone Pond, Killingworth
Gladstone Pond is a small pond in
Most of the bottom of the pond is covered with pondweed (Potamogeton species), except for a deeper area in the center towards the north. Watershield (Brasenia schreberi) is found in patches all along the edge and is intermingled with white water lily (Nymphaea odorata) in the north. Bur-Reed (Sparganium species) is present in small patches along the eastern and northern shore.
