The State of Connecticut, Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) is seeking proposals to provide regular part-time consulting services related to electronic discovery and digital trial presentation.
The Treasurer and the Attorney General of the State of Connecticut are requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Bond Counsel services in connection with all of the Treasurer’s major debt issuance programs. These programs include: General Obligation, Special Tax Obligation, Clean Water Fund/Drinking Water Fund (SRF), Bradley International Airport Bonding Program, and the UConn Bonding Program. The Treasurer is also requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in serving in the positions of Disclosure Counsel and Tax Counsel.
The State of Connecticut, Office of the Attorney General, is seeking proposals to provide certain legal services involving representation of the Connecticut Department of Transportation ("DOT") related to transit services (primarily commuter rail and bus transportation) provided by the DOT through various contractors, the DOT's relationship with the contractors providing those transit services, issues related to 49 U.S.C. § 5333(b), previously known as Section 13(c) of the Urban Mass Transportation Act, potential reorganization of the DOT's existing transit business models, and U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of Transportation interpretation of Federal Transit Labor Protection issues.
