Statement from AG Jepsen on Governor Malloy's Announcement
Attorney General George Jepsen today issued the following statement on Governor Dannel P. Malloy's announcement that he will not seek a third term as governor of the state of Connecticut:

"Governor Malloy and I took office together in 2011, and it has been an honor to serve alongside him as he has worked to address some of the most serious issues facing our state. His task has rarely been easy, but he has never faltered in his commitment to his office or to the people of Connecticut.  I'm proud to call him a friend, and I look forward to continuing to work with his administration through the remainder of his term."
