Attorney General To Defend Decision Barring Pratt Layoffs

February 23, 2010

“This decision will simply add cost and friction with minimal prospects of success in overturning a powerful and persuasive judicial ruling. The company would seem to be better served by seeking common ground with its workers rather than extending this conflict in the courts. My hope is the company will reconsider its appeal, which may well be undecided before the end of the present contract.”
