I-91 North to the Capitol Area Exit, 29A. Follow the expressway to its end and you will enter a traffic circle. The Office of the Attorney General is located directly across the traffic circle, opposite Bushnell Park, at 55 Elm Street.
From: Points North (SPRINGFIELD, MA)
I-91 South to the Capitol Area Exit, 29A. Follow the expressway to its end and you will enter a traffic circle. The Office of the Attorney General is located directly across the traffic circle, opposite Bushnell Park, at 55 Elm Street.
From: Points East (MANCHESTER - BOSTON)
Take Exit 54, Downtown Hartford, and go over the Founders Bridge. At the end of the bridge turn left onto Columbus Boulevard. At the third traffic light turn right onto Arch Street. Follow Arch Street over Prospect and Main Streets and go around the traffic circle (Pulaski Circle). 55 Elm Street is three-quarters around the circle.
From: Points West (WATERBURY)
I-84 East to the Asylum Street/Capitol Avenue Exit, 48A/48B. At the end of the exit take a left on Capitol Avenue. Stay on Capitol Avenue until you reach the State Capitol Building. At this intersection, turn left on Trinity Street, which follows the State Capitol Grounds. At your first traffic signal, take a right on Elm Street. The Attorney General's Office is located at 55 Elm Street and the building's entrance faces the traffic circle at the end of Elm Street.
