Updated Guidance Regarding IDEA Eligibility Extended Until Age 22

On July 24, 2020, the Bureau of Special Education issued a memorandum to School Superintendents and Directors of Special Education regarding the newest guidance related to IDEA eligibility being extended until age 22. This memorandum was an update to the June 19, 2020, memorandum, IDEA Eligibility Extended Until Age 22.
