Allegation(s):

• According to the Parent, at the February 7, 2025, PPT meeting, the District failed to adequately address the Student’s social/emotional goals. Specifically, the Parent claims that Student did not have opportunities to generalize and apply skills with typical students. (34 CFR §§114-118).

Conclusion(s):

• The District appropriately addressed the Student’s social-emotional goals through the services outlined in the IEP. As such, there was no violation of 34 CFR §§300.114–300.118. No Corrective Actions Required.
