Conclusion(s):
- The District failed to provide a progress report, as required per the Student’s IEP, aligned with the grade-level report card date of December 5, 2025, in violation of 34 CFR § 300.320(a)(3)(ii). However, subsequent to the filing of this complaint, but prior to the issuance of the findings letter, the District took proactive steps to ensure that in the future, planning and placement team (PPT) meetings will be convened to transparently and explicitly discuss, review and, as needed, revise progress reporting periods, on an individual basis, thereby supporting future compliance. Therefore, no further corrective action will be issued.
