About the Collection: ED166 Student Disciplinary Offense Data Collection
The ED166 is the Student Disciplinary Offense Data Collection. Districts are required to submit specific incidents to CSDE annually. CSDE then uses this data to satisfy various federal mandates.
The Teacher-Course-Student (TCS) application collects student, teacher and course data. Analyses of TCS data can greatly inform school and district strategists to increase the college and career readiness of all learners. This data allows districts to make informed decisions about the current state of instruction and learning as well as the ways in which both can be improved, monitored and shared.
The Talent Office has responsibility and oversight for the review and continuing approval of educator preparation programs in Connecticut preparing candidates for state certification.
