Join OVA in honoring National Crime Victims’ Rights Week

Every April, the Office of The Victim Advocate observes National Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). During this time, we make it our priority to:

Honor crime victims and survivors
Recognize the professionals and volunteers who provide critical services to victims of crime
Raise awareness about crime victims’ rights and services

This year, NCVRW will be observed from April 19 to 25, marking the 45th anniversary of this important event. Check back soon for event details and registration information.

Training from OVA

Free training to learn more about crime victims’ rights and advocacy

The Office of The Victim Advocate offers training sessions to state agencies and other entities. Our goal is to share the work of the agency, and inform trainees about crime victim rights and resources. Training can be in person or virtual.
