Certificate of Need Data and Metrics

(as of February 14, 2024)

The following data is comprised of the total number of new CON applications received between the calendar years 2021-2023. The data is further broken down to illustrate the type of CON applications received annually and the timing of applications being processed. The timing of applications only contains data from closed applications. Data will be updated for prior years as the dockets close.

OHS will be updating this information beginning of each year, for the most recently completed year to share the more up-to-date data, as well as historical perspective. Please note, the data will change as the applications that remain open continue.
