Health Care Facilities and Services Plan 2016 Supplement
 
The 2016 supplemental plan focuses on recent changes in the healthcare environment and assesses their impact on availability of and access to services for at-risk and vulnerable populations. Through the integration of the results of multiple standards for assessing unmet healthcare need, it also provides updated analyses of where geographic gaps in healthcare services may exist.
