All individuals planning to attend the hearing in person at the new location must submit their names to OHS no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the hearing (i.e., by 9:00 AM on November 5, 2024) so that this information can be provided to security. This includes, but is not limited to, the Applicants’ witnesses and attorneys, elected and appointed officials, and other members of the public. Anyone whose name is not submitted ahead of time will likely be denied access to the parking garage and building.
