CT Family Support Network (CTFSN)
To meet the needs of families raising children and adult family members with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or special healthcare needs in Connecticut, CTFSN staff provide information and resources to families and help them connect with services. CTFSN is a statewide organization and its staff work and live in the communities they serve. All staff members are parents, family members, or caregivers to a person with special needs.

Disability Rights Connecticut (DRCT)
Disability Rights Connecticut is a statewide non-profit organization with a mission to advocate for the human, civil, and legal rights of people with disabilities in Connecticut. DRCT can provide legal advocacy and rights protection to people of all ages with disabilities. This includes assisting individuals with problems such as abuse, neglect, discrimination, access to assistive technology, community integration, voting, and rights protection issues. DRCT also addresses issues through policy advocacy, education, monitoring, and investigation.

Center for Children’s Advocacy’s Medical-Legal Partnership (MLPP)
MLPP attorneys provide legal advocacy for low-income families. There is no charge for services. Referrals are received from pediatric and family medicine providers and at MLPP clinics at walk-in community healthcare clinics. We represent clients in matters including:
