If the building was renovated or built new through the DAS grant process with State funds within the last 20 years, no portion of the work performed during the construction is eligible for additional grant work.
If the proposed HVAC grant is intended to improve upon or add to the scope of work performed during the renovation/build such as add air conditioning where none exists, then that new HVAC work may be eligible.
