Do all superintendents already have access to the CORE-CT system? Is that the only place to see the full application?

Each municipality should have a CORE-CT administrator (usually the town clerk or an administrator in the town office). This administrator can create user accounts. If you don’t know who your municipal CORE administrator is, please get in touch with DAS at DAS.GrantsAdministration@ct.gov. Application questions are available in Appendix A of the Program Guidance.
