Yes, BUT the applicant can only apply for the work directly associated with the HVAC work and only if the applicant is not applying for a grant for a project through the priority list or nonpriority list (Chapter 173). If the applicant is applying for a grant through Chapter 173, the HVAC work should be included in the Chapter 173 project application.
