Fantasy contest providers may operate in the state by establishing and maintaining a relationship with one of the Master Wagering Licensees (Mohegan Tribe, Mashantucket Pequot Tribe or the Connecticut Lottery Corporation) and applying for and being issued an online gaming operator license. The initial license fee for an online gaming operator will be $250,000 and the annual renewal fee is $100,000.
