  • Patriots' Landing

    Patriots' Landing aims to provide a safe and secure environment for Connecticut Veterans, their spouse and children who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, as they prepare to return to independent living.

  • Residential and Healthcare Programs

    The Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs offers temporary, supportive housing or long-term care for veterans with chronic, disabling conditions.

  • Residential Facility

    The Residential Facility provides veterans with a continuum of rehabilitative services and programs to return to independent living.
