Overview

 Consisting of 8 Connecticut apple producers representing both large and small acreage "the board shall take as its most important priority to advertise and promote the sale of Connecticut apples in Connecticut markets.  In pursuing this task, the advisory board may carry out such advertising, promotion, and publicity programs as they believe will maintain or enhance present markets or create new markets for Connecticut apples and apple products."
