Human Resource Division - Labor Relations Unit
The DMHAS Labor Relations Unit is responsible for managing the following functions: interpretation and administration of statutes related to personnel, labor relations, and collective bargaining agreements; interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements; management and coordination of grievances, investigations, collective bargaining negotiations, workplace violence issues, ADA and FMLA; and employee relations
DMHAS Latino Outreach provides regional, community outreach services designed to reduce the stigma that surrounds substance use in the Latino community and to identify Latinos who have a substance use disorder for which they are not seeking treatment, or who are at risk of having a substance use disorder for which they are not likely to seek treatment.
