Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB) Working Group

Background

Public Act 22-45, AN ACT CONCERNING CONNECTICUT VALLEY AND WHITING FORENSIC HOSPITALS, revised the statutes governing Connecticut Valley and Whiting Forensic Hospitals. Section 6 of this Act requires DMHAS to convene a working group to evaluate the PSRB and subsequently share a report of working group findings with the Judiciary and Public Health committees of the Connecticut General Assembly.
