Program Guidance

The Connecticut State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) Participant Guide and Grant Information is meant to serve as a guide to the administration of the SLCGP here in Connecticut. The guide is a resource for Connecticut entities to utilize when understanding and applying for the SLCGP. This guide is not all-encompassing of the SLCGP and does not usurp federal guidance found in the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), SLCGO Fact Sheets, FEMA/CISA Informational Bulletins, Authorized Equipment List (AEL), or other federal guidance and program materials about the SCLGP.
