DEEP headquarters at 79 Elm Street in Hartford has partially re-opened to staff and members of the public as of Tuesday, February 3. The DEEP records room has re-opened. The DEEP Central Permit Processing Unit (CPPU) will be open to the public starting on Wednesday, Feb. 4. For updates, click here

The following locations offer a variety of interesting school programs:

Meigs Point at Hammonasset Beach State Park, Madison
State Parks & Forests
Teachers might wish to bring their students to a State Park or State Forest on a field trip that they design. Groups wishing to visit by bus must secure a bus permit at least fourteen days prior to the visit. Schools and qualifying youth organizations can camp at State Parks that have youth group camping facilities. See Youth Group Camping for more information.
