Thursday, March 19th, 2020 – The Department of Consumer Protection issued an implementation order, for Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 7G, outlining rules for liquor permittees who are eligible to, and plan to sell alcoholic liquor for off premises consumption. The implementation order contains:
- Information about rules for specific types of permit holders
- Details about hours of sale
- The amount of alcoholic liquor allowed to be sold
The order will be in effect 12:00 noon tomorrow, Friday, March 20th.
